The viscosity was determined to be 44.2 mPa · s (dynamic) at 20 °C. Divided by the density at 20 °C, this corresponds to a kinematic viscosity of 46.33 (mm²/s).

However, because the study did not determine the viscosity at 40 °C in line with the OECD Guideline 114, the "Guidance on information requirements and chemical safety assessment Chapter R.7a: Endpoint specific guidance", and Regulation (EC) No. 1272/2008, it is also necessary to submit a testing proposal to cover viscosity at 40 °C in order to determine whether or not the substance presents an aspiration hazard.
