Description of key information

The acute toxicity towards Daphnia magna was investigated according to OECD TG 202 under GLP under static conditions. Daphnids were exposed to nominal concentrations of 0.14, 0.24, 0.43, 0.77, 1.4, 2.4, 4.3, 7.7 and 14 mg/l and observed for 48 hours. The analysis showed that the analytical concentrations are > 80% compared to the nominal. Therefore nominal concentrations were used to derive the 48h EC50 value: that is 1.5 mg/l.
