Applicant's summary and conclusion

Conclusions:
For the determination of the partition coefficient of BDB the HPLC-method was used. The
method based on the determination of the retention factors of six reference substances with
well known log Pow values. A correlation graph of log k versus log P for the reference
compounds was plotted. According to the correlation graph the corresponding log Pow value
of the test item was calculated with a value of 3. 7.
