Description of key information

In accordance with Annex XI section 2 of the Regulation EC 1907/2006, testing for a specific endpoint may be omitted, if it is technically not possible to conduct the study as a consequence of the properties of the substance.

The following statement was included in a physico-chemical properties study by Butler & White (2010) concerning the feasibility of a hydrolysis study on the test substance:

No determination was possible using a procedure designed to be compatible with Method 111 of the OECD Guidelines for Testing of Chemicals, 13 April 2004. The test item was found to be insoluble in water and in common organic solvents and thus the test could not be performed.
