Questa tabella presenta tutti i procedimenti giudiziari che si sono conclusi con una sentenza dei quali l’ECHA è stata parte. Le parti interessate possono facilmente fare riferimento alle decisioni per loro pertinenti nell’ambito delle attività principali dell’ECHA (REACH e CLP, fra le altre). La tabella riporta anche i procedimenti oggetto di impugnazione o di rinvio, mentre non indica quelli riguardanti il personale e le procedure d’appalto.
I procedimenti giudiziari conclusi sono stati classificati in otto categorie:
- Elenco di sostanze candidate REACH: procedimenti relativi all’identificazione delle sostanze estremamente preoccupanti;
- Registrazione ai sensi del REACH: cause relative all’obbligo di presentazione congiunta di dati;
- Autorizzazione REACH: procedimenti relativi all’inclusione di una sostanza nell’elenco delle sostanze soggette ad autorizzazione (allegato XIV) e alle domande di autorizzazione;
- Valutazione REACH: procedimenti in cui l’ECHA ha richiesto informazioni a un dichiarante ai sensi della procedura di valutazione (articoli 40, 41 o 46 di REACH);
- CLH: procedimenti relativi all’armonizzazione della classificazione di una sostanza;
- Biocidi: procedimenti relativi ai biocidi;
- ATD: procedimenti relativi alle domande di accesso a documenti;
- Dimensioni delle aziende: procedimenti relativi alla verifica delle dimensioni delle aziende e agli oneri connessi.
