Conclusions:
The solubility in n-octanol was determined to be 178.4 at 20 °C.
Executive summary:

A study was conduted to determine the solubility of the test item in 1-octanol. Therefore 9 flasks were prepared containing 1 mg – 1 g of the test item and 20 mL of 1-octanol and were shaken for 24, 48 and 72 h respectively. After 24 h the test item concentration in 3 flasks were determine using a HPLC-ELSD method. The solubility in 1- octanol of the test item was determined to be 178.4 mg/L at 20 °C
