Please be aware that this old REACH registration data factsheet is no longer maintained; it remains frozen as of 19th May 2023.

The new ECHA CHEM database has been released by ECHA, and it now contains all REACH registration data. There are more details on the transition of ECHA's published data to ECHA CHEM here.

Part of sample started turning brown before melted. At 320ºC, bubbles were observed as if the sample was boiling, while more and more samples turns black. When the sample is boiling at 360ºC, all the sample turns to completely black liquid. This is probably due to that the decomposition happens while sample boils.

Conclusions:
Boilining point range from 366-377 °C, decomposion during boiling at approximately 360 °C.

Description of key information
