In a first experiment, the temperature was increased by successive steps of +10°C, using 4 mL of sample: flashing occurred at 110°C.

The measurement was reproduced using a new 4 mL sample, and the temperature was increased by successive steps of +2°C: flashing occurred at 108°C.

Replicate tests showed that no flash was observed at 109°C, but flashing occurred twice at 110°C.

Conclusions:
The flash point of the test substance is above the classification thresholds of 60 °C (CLP criteria) or 93°C (GHS criteria). Therefore, the test substance is NOT a flammable liquid according to CLP and GHS criteria.
Executive summary:

The flash point of the test substance was determined under GLP according to EU A.9 guideline, using a closed cup method with Setaflash apparatus.

After a screening determination, two main runs were performed, and found identical.

The flash point of the test substance was determined to be 110°C.
