TEST ORGANISM
- Common name: water flea
- Source: Institut National de Recherche Chimique Appliquee, France), cultured under standard laboratory conditions
- Age at study initiation: 2 - 24 hours

Study design

Test type:
static
Water media type:
freshwater
Limit test:
no
Total exposure duration:
48 h

Test conditions

Hardness:
2.2 - 3.2 mmol/L
Test temperature:
20 ± 2 °C
pH:
7.5 - 8.5
Dissolved oxygen:
- M4 medium is aerated for about 24 hours until saturation with oxygen is reached
Nominal and measured concentrations:
Nominal test concentrations: control, 0.156, 0.313, 0.625, 1.25, 2.5, 5.0 mg/L
