Preliminary Visual Estimation of the Water Solubility:

The preliminary visual experiments showed that the water solubility of the test item is > 10 g/l.

Flask-Method:

Based on the findings, the water solubility cs of the test item at a temperature of 20°C was determined to be 15.1 g/l.

The recovery of 99.72 % indicated a sufficient accuracy of the analytical method.

Conclusions:
The water solubility cs of the test substance at a temperature of 20 °C was determined to be 15.1 g/l.
Executive summary:

The water solubility of the test substance was determined in a study conducted according to EU Method A.6 and OECD Guideline 105.

The preliminary visual experiments showed that the water solubility of the test item is > 10 g/l. Hence, in the main test, water solubility was determined using flask method with three experiments with test substance and fourth experiment with blank. The recovery of 99.72 % indicated a sufficient accuracy of the analytical method. Based on the findings, the water solubility cs of the test substance at a temperature of 20°C was determined to be 15.1 g/l.
