log K = 2.58

log D = -0.39

Conclusions:
According to the data source, the log Kow of HCFC 122a is 2.47.
Executive summary:

The objective of the reported reference was to study the toxicity of refrigerants HFCF 122a and HCFC 132 and to characterize their biological action in order to validate the approximate safe level of these compounds in the air of working area, ambient air, and water. In this study both a review of the available toxicological data on similar chemical compounds and acute and subacute toxicological tests on HFCF 122a and HCFC 132 were made.

A summary of the chemical and physical properties of the two substances was also included in the report, indicating a log Kow of 2.47 for HFCF 122a. Under the study the value was used for the calculation of the estimated median lethal dose in case of oral administration and the estimatedmedian lethal concentration in air.

The partition coefficients Oil/Air (log K) and water/air (log D) were also reported:

log K = 2.58

log D = -0.39
