Data platform availability banner - registered substances factsheets

Please be aware that this old REACH registration data factsheet is no longer maintained; it remains frozen as of 19th May 2023.

The new ECHA CHEM database has been released by ECHA, and it now contains all REACH registration data. There are more details on the transition of ECHA's published data to ECHA CHEM here.

Any other information on results incl. tables

For the measurement of the test item the deviations of the melting points of the reference compounds were considered and the melting temperature was automatically corrected.

Working Conditions:

The melting point of the test item was determined by a Differential Scanning Calorimeter (DSC 2010; TA Instruments) under following conditions:

pan: aluminium pan with self-made pinhole

weight of the test item: 5.348 mg (run I) and 4.700 mg (run 2)

start temperature: 30 °C

rate of heating: 1 K/min

abort temperature: 90 °C

Applicant's summary and conclusion

Conclusions:
An endothermic signal was observed in the temperature range from 70 to 75 °C. The evaluation of the endothermic signals of two runs results in a
mean melting point temperature of the test item of 75 °C (onset temperature).
