First-aid measures

Remove contaminated clothing immediately and store/dispose of safely.

After inhalation:

Ensure supply of fresh air.

After contact with skin:

In case of contact with skin wash off immediately with plenty of water. Consult a doctor if skin irritation persists.

After contact with eyes:

In case of contact with eyes rinse thoroughly with plenty of water and seek medical advice.

After ingestion:

Thoroughly clean the mouth with water. Do not induce vomiting. Summon a doctor immediately.

Fire-fighting measures

Suitable extinguishing media:

water, foam, carbon dioxide.

Unsuitable extinguishing media:

Full water jet.

Special hazards arising from the substance or mixture:

In the event of fire the following can be released: Nitrogen oxides (NOx), carbon dioxide, carbon monoxide.

Advice for fire-fighters:

Use self-contained breathing apparatus and wear full protective suit.

Further information:

Fire residues and contaminated firefighting water must be disposed of in accordance with the local regulations.

Personal precautions, protective equipment and emergency procedures:

Use breathing apparatus if exposed to vapours/dust/aerosol. Use personal protective clothing. Avoid dust formation.

Do not allow to enter drains or waterways. Do not discharge into the subsoil/soil.

Pick up mechanically. Dispose of absorbed material in accordance with the regulations.

Dust can form an explosive mixture with air. Keep away from sources of ignition - no smoking. Take precautionary measures against electrostatic loading.
