The bioaccumulation potential of the uvcb substance was assessed for the main component and three main constituents using two different QSAR calculation tools: (1) US EPA T.E.S.T. v4.0.1 and (2) US EPA BCFBAF v3.01. Additionally, in a weight of evidence approach the log Kow and the molecular weight was used.

According to the QSAR results, none of the components revealed a significant potential to bioaccumulate. The BCF values were clearly below 100 regardless of the calculation tool.

Moreover, according to ECHA's Guidance on information requirements and chemical safety assessment Chapter R.11: PBT assessment the log Kow is a reliable screening criterion for the PBT and vPvB assessment. The aquatic BCF of a substance is probably lower than 2000 L/kg if the calculated log Kow is higher than 10. The different components have calculated log Kow values ranging from 27.79 to 31.34 which is clearly above the cut-off criterion of 10 stated in the guidance document.

Furthermore, it is assumed that the different components do not pass biological membranes due to their size and molecular weight. The single components are bulky molecules with molecular sizes ranging from 1545.44 to 1742.76 (main component). It can be assumed, that the single components disturb the entire interior structure of the lipid bilayer of the cell membranes and therefore do not accumualte to a significant amount.

In conclusion, significant accumulation in organisms is neither expected for the main component nor the three main constituents.
