Applicant's summary and conclusion

Conclusions:
Surface Tension = 20.6 mN/m at 23ºC (1 g/L solution)
Executive summary:

The surface tension measurement, according to OECD Guideline 115, was made on a 1 g/L solution of the test substance in deionised water using a DuNOUY tensiometer. The surface tension at 23ºC was 20.6 mN/m.
