Please be aware that this old REACH registration data factsheet is no longer maintained; it remains frozen as of 19th May 2023.

The new ECHA CHEM database has been released by ECHA, and it now contains all REACH registration data. There are more details on the transition of ECHA's published data to ECHA CHEM here.

Description of key information

In a semi-static acute toxicity test, zebrafish were exposed to the test item for 96 hours according to OECD 2013. The effect concentrations are based on the measured concentrations (geometric mean) as following: NOEC = 0.03 mg/L, LOEC = 0.09 mg/L and LC50 = 0.26 mg/L.

Additional information

The acute toxicity of the test substance to zebrafish was assessed in a key study according to OECD Guideline for Testing of Chemicals No. 203. The toxicity evaluation of the test item for Danio rerio was performed in a semi-static test with 96h of exposre. The nominal concentrations were 0.004, 0.013, 0.047, 0.16, 0.57 and 2.0 mg/L (geometric mean: 0.005; 0.008; 0.03; 0.09; 0.37; 1.38 mg/L). The effect concentrations after 96h based on the measured concentration as LC50 = 0.26 mg/L, LOEC = 0.09 mg/L, and NOEC = 0.03 mg/L.
