Applicant's summary and conclusion

Conclusions:
The study was performed according to OECD TG 104 without deviations under GLP and therefore, the results can be considered as reliable. The substance is an UVCB, so only extremes in weight distribution were used for calculation. With vapour pressures ranging from 1.01 * 10-04Pa to 2.48 * 10-04Pa at 25°C, the subtsnace does not need to be regarded as volatile.
Executive summary:

The vapour pressure of Yucca schidigera, ext. was determined under GLP according to OECD 104 resp. EU A.4 using the effusion method (weight loss).

Vapour pressure was examined at five different temperatures. Three temperatures could be evaluated as they showed reproducible weight loss. For these temperatures, log (p) was plotted against 1/T.

For the calculation of the vapour pressure a molecular weight range of 180.16 – 1079.00 g/mol was used.
