Description of key information

No vapour pressure could be determined experimentally. The result is stated as < 1.27*10e^-5 Pa at 354 K . The calculated value represents the behaviour of the test item at 81 °C; at lower temperatures,
even lower limits for the vapour pressure should be expected.

Key value for chemical safety assessment

Vapour pressure:
0 Pa
at the temperature of:
354 K

Additional information

The vapour pressure ofthe test itemwas determined following EU A.4 IOECD 104 by the effusion method (weight loss).

The test item was examined at five different temperatures. Only the lowest chosen temperature (81 °C) had no influence on the stability of the test item, at all other temperatures, signs of decomposition were detected. Therefore, only the values fram the fourth experiment could be taken into account.

No weight loss was detected, and it was decided to calculate an upper limit for the vapour pressure, using the smallest detectable difference in weight and the elapsed time.

The calculated value represents the behaviour of the test item at 81 °C; at lower temperatures,

even lower limits for the vapour pressure should be expected.

For the test item, no vapour pressure could be determined experimentally.

The result is therefore stated as "< 1.27*10e^-5 Pa at 354 K"
