Any other information on results incl. tables

Preliminary test

The estimated auto-ignition temperature was 420°C.

Main study

With each sample volume, ignition of the test item was observed within 5 minutes after introduction and a minimum auto-ignition temperature was obtained with each test. The maximum deviation between the 3 values was <10°C. According to the guidelines, no further testing was required.

The lowest temperature at which ignition of the test item was observed was 404°C. The temperature was rounded down to the nearest multiple of 5°C, resulting in an auto-ignition temperature of 400°C.

Applicant's summary and conclusion

Conclusions:
The test item is determined to be auto-ignitable with an auto-ignition temperature of 400°C. The atmospheric pressure was 1026 hPa.
