Additional information

The toxicity of Formaldehyde, polymer with benzenamine, hydrogenated to freshwater algae (Desmodesmus subspicatus) was determined according to EU Method C.3 (Algal Inhibition test). Tested concentrations were 1, 2, 4, 8, 16, 32, 64 and 128 mg/l. Analytical monitoring was done using HPLC. Potassium dichromate was used as positive control substance. The EC50 (72 h) determined is 43.94 mg/l, the EC10 (72 h) is 1.2 mg/l
