Description of key information

The justification for test waiving is based on the known constituents of Green liquor sludge and adaptation rules in column 2 of Annex IX, (9.3.2.). The known > 0.1% constituents of GLS are common natural minerals with a known low potential for bioaccumulation. Trace < 0.1 % constituents may have potential for bioaccumulation, but this issue can be evaluated by non-testing methods by using existing literature data (read across from pure test materials).
