Administrative data

First-aid measures

Skin contact :Rinse skin with plenty of water with soap for at least 15 minutes
having removed contaminated shoes and clothing. Wash clothes
before wearing again. Consult a physician
Eyes contact : Rinse eyes with plenty of water for at least 15 minutes; lift upper
and lower eyelids from time to time. Consult an ophthalmologist.
Ingestion : Seek medical care. Wash mouth out with plenty of water. Do not
give someone who is unconscious anything to swallow.
Inhalation : Remove immediately to fresh air, away from exposed locations. If
the breathing is difficult, give oxygen. Consult a physician.

Fire-fighting measures

Suitable extinguishing agents: Water spray, chemical powder or foam, carbon dioxide
Fire-related hazards: Avoid contaminating the environment with fire-fighting waste
water.
Protective measures: Wear a self-contained high-pressure respirator.

Accidental release measures

Person-related safety precautions: Wear the personal protective gear defined in
chapter 8
Precautions for environmental protection: Do not dispose of down drains or into the
environment.
Measures for cleaning: Collect product mechanically and place in appropriate
sealed and watertight containers. Have disposed of by
an approved hazardous waste product disposal
company. Avoid dust-producing conditions.

Handling and storage

Handling: Avoid inhalation, contact with eyes, skin and clothing.
Adequate ventilation of premises. Wear suitable personal
protection gear. Wash after handling.
Fire and explosion prevention: Take all measures necessary to prevent built up of static
electricity and the production of sparks or hot points
during handling.
Storage / Packaging: Store in a hermetically-sealed container. Store at room
temperature, in a dry place away from incompatible
substances.
Any opened packaging must be carefully closed and
stored upright, if possible.
