Applicant's summary and conclusion

Executive summary:

The chemical structure of ZK 92136 does not show any groups which can be protonated or deprotonated. This fact was supported by calculation with the computer programs ACD/pKa DB and CAMEO, which did not calculate for ZK 92136 any pKa value in the pH range 0 to 14. Therefore, ZK 92136 can be considered as a neutral molecule in the pH range 2 to 10, which is of relevance for biological systems.
