Please be aware that this old REACH registration data factsheet is no longer maintained; it remains frozen as of 19th May 2023.

The new ECHA CHEM database has been released by ECHA, and it now contains all REACH registration data. There are more details on the transition of ECHA's published data to ECHA CHEM here.

Additional information

The first study was performed in marine organisms with Radiagreen 0980/7831, a 1:1 mixture of Radiagreen RA 7831 (i.e. Radia 7838) and Radiacid 0980 (i.e. Fatty acids, C18 -unsatd., trimers, with CAS 68937 -90 -6 and EC 500 -239 -5),

48h LC50 >1000 mg/l. This mixture is what might actually be marketed in the future, but this mixture is not the substance as registered. A second study was performed with Daphnia magna, since the substance could potentially be introduced into the freshwater environment during production or transport.

The EC50 based on analytically confirmed (via TOC analysis) nominal concentrations was 72 mg/L.

Concentrations are estimated since tests were performed at levels greater than the level of water solubility for Radia 7838 (<1 mg/L) and measurement was difficult.
