First-aid measures

Emergency measure - Inhalation: Get immediate medical attention.
Emergency measure - Eyes: Get medical attention immediately.
Emergency measure - Skin: Seek medical attention.
Emergency measure - Ingestion: Seek immediate medical attention.

Fire-fighting measures

Recommended extinguishing agent: Water spray is the preferred extinguishing medium. Dry
chemical, carbon dioxide and foam can also be used.

Use water spray to cool fire exposed surfaces, protect
personnel and extinguish the fire.

Product arising from burning: Hazardous combustion products may include intense heat and
high levels of black smoke containing carbon monoxide,
carbon dioxide, and irritation hydrocarbon fragments.

Product determined by test: N

Protective equipment: Respiratory and eye protections are required for fire
fighting personnel.

Accidental release measures

Emergency measures in case of spillage: When molten material spills, eliminate all ignition sources
and cool to solidify, then place in chemical waste container
s.

Handling and storage

Handling: Only use in a well ventilated area. Wear safety glasses and
gloves resistant to chemicals.

Storage: The substance should be stored in a refrigerator, at an
approximate temperature of 4 degrees celcius, in a nitrogen
atmosphere. Store in a well ventilated area.

Packaging of the substance and or preparation: Substance: JIS Z1601 steel tight head drum with the inside
coated with zinc phosphate.

Preparation: Not yet determined

Exposure controls / personal protection

- Control parameters
Contains no substances with occupational exposure limit values.

- Exposure controls
Engineering measures
Provide sufficient air exchange and/or exhaust in work rooms.

Personal protective equipment
Respiratory protection : In case of inadequate ventilation wear respiratory protection. Respirator with filter type A
Hand protection
Remarks : Wear suitable gloves. Choose gloves to protect hands against chemicals depending on the concentration and quantity of the
hazardous substance and specific to place of work. For special applications, we recommend clarifying the resistance to chemicals of the aforementioned protective gloves with the glove manufacturer.
Eye protection : Tightly fitting safety goggles
Skin and body protection : Choose body protection according to the amount and concentration of the dangerous substance at the work place.
Hygiene measures : Handle in accordance with good industrial hygiene and safety practice. General industrial hygiene practice.
Avoid breathing vapors, mist or gas. Avoid contact with skin, eyes and clothing. When using do not eat, drink or smoke. Wash hands before breaks and at the end of workday. Follow the skin protection plan. Take off all contaminated clothing immediately. Wash contaminated clothing before re-use.

Environmental exposure controls
General advice : Do not flush into surface water or sanitary sewer system. Prevent further leakage or spillage if safe to do so. If the product contaminates rivers and lakes or drains inform respective authorities.

Stability and reactivity

Danger other than fire: The substance reacts with strong oxidising agents.

Chemical reaction with water: No known reaction.

Dust explosion: Not appliciable as the substance is a liquid.

Dust explosion determined by test: N
