First-aid measures
Emergency measure - Inhalation: Obtain medical advice.
Emergency measure - Eyes: Immediately rinse the eyes with plenty of water. If any sign
of tissue damage or persistent irritation is apparent,
obtain medical advice immediately.
Emergency measure - Skin: Remove contaminated clothing (NB.Wash before reuse). Wash
off skin immediately with plenty of water. If any sign of
tissue damage or persistent irritation is apparent, obtain
medical advice immediately.
Emergency measure - Ingestion: Rinse mouth with water. Obtain medical advice.
Fire-fighting measures
Recommended extinguishing agent: CO2, foam, dry chemical. Never use direct water jet.
Product arising from burning: Oxides of carbon and hydrogen.

Accidental release measures
Emergency measures in case of spillage: Gloves (natural rubber if possible) should be worn when
handling spillage. No smoking. Avoid naked flames or other
potential sources of ignition (e.g. electrical equipment).
Avoid skin contamination and inhalation or vapour.Ensure
adequate ventilation in working areas following accidental
release.
Do not discharge directly into drains, soils or the aquatic
environment.
Wipe up with cloth or paper and wash the area with water.

Handling: Avoid contact with skin and eyes
Wear suitable gloves (natural rubber is the preferred
material) and eye/face protection.
No smoking. Avoid naked flames or other potential sources of
ignition (e.g. electrical equipment).
Do not subject to unnecessarily high temperatures during
processing.

Good personal washing routines should be followed.
