First-aid measures
Emergency measure - Inhalation: After inhalation take the patient into the fresh air.
Consult medical advice if necessary.
Emergency measure - Eyes: After eye contact rinse with plenty of water immediately.
Consult an eye specialist if necessary.
Emergency measure - Skin: After contact with skin, wash immediately with plenty of
water and soap. Consult medical advice if necessary.
Emergency measure - Ingestion: In case of swallowing rinse mouth with plenty of water.
Induce vomitting if patient is consious. Seek medical advice

Fire-fighting measures
Recommended extinguishing agent: Extinguishing media: water mist, foam, dry powder, CO2.
Product arising from burning: Formation of toxic gases of NOx and SOx in the event of fire
or during thermal decomposition.

Protective equipment: Wear self-contained breathing apparatus and protective suit.
Accidental release measures
Emergency measures in case of spillage: Avoid formation of dust. Take up mechanically. Fill into
labelled, sealable containers.
Do not allow extinguishing water to reach ground water or
sewage system. Contaminated extinguishing water has to be
disposed of in accordance with local regulations.
Disposal considerations:
May be transported to a suitable incinerator in closed
container provided local regulations are observed. When
contaminated empty containers are passed on, the recipient
must be informed of possible risks.
Handling and storage
Handling: Precautions should generally be taken against electrostatic
charges according to the equipment used and the way the
product is handled and packaged.
Respiratory protection: Wear appropriate respirator or dust
mask.
Eye protection: goggles
Hand protection: inpenetrable gloves.
Keep away from foodstuffs, drinks and tobacco. Wash hands
before breaks and at end of work. Keep working clothes
separate. Change contaminated or soaked clothing.
Storage: Keep container tightly closed. Protect from moisture. Keep
away from oxidising materials.
