First-aid measures

Emergency measure - Inhalation: Fresh air. Consult doctor if felling unwell.

Emergency measure - Eyes: Rinse out with plenty of water for at least 10 minutes with

the eyelid held open. Immediately summon eye specialist.

Emergency measure - Skin: Wash off with plenty of water and soap. Remove contaminated

clothing.

Emergency measure - Ingestion: Rinse out mouth and drink plenty of water. Seek medical

attention.

Recommended extinguishing agent: Suitable extinguishing media: Powder, carbon dioxide and

foam.

Product arising from burning: Combustible: Development of hazardous combustion gases or

vapours - especially hydrogen chloride - is possible in the

event of fire.

Accidental release measures

Emergency measures in case of spillage: Use hte same personal protection as used for handling (see

section 2.3.00).

Sweep up spill for possible reuse or mix with absorbent

material (e.g. sand) and place in suitable waste container.

Collect spills and waste in closed and sealed containers and

send to local disposal facility for chemical waste.
