Test solutions

Details on test solutions:
Identity and concentration of auxiliary solvent for dispersal: - no auxiliary solvent used

- the organic ligand of TN-105 was identified as the only

dissolved residue in water

- test solutions were prepared by stirring the nominal

amounts of test item in 1 L ISO water (200 r.p.m. for

48 hrs at 20 °C) and filtering the eluate by using a

0.22 µm filter (Millipore MCE-MF, cellulose nitrate and

acetyl cellulose, # GSWP04700)

- static test

Applicant's summary and conclusion

Conclusions:
TN-105 was tested at nominal concentrations of 12.5, 25, 50, 100 and 200 mg/l (static conditions). The EC50 based on normal concentrations was determined to be 177 mg TN-105/l.
Note: The organic ligand of TN-105 only is dissolved in water (1-2% at 100-200 mg/l).
