Handling and storage
Handling: Alle Arbeitsverfahren sind grundsätzlich so zu gestalten,
dass der Haut- und Augenkontakt mit dem Stoff ausgeschlossen
ist. Das Einatmen des Stoffes ist zu vermeiden.
Bei Abfüll-, Umfüll- und Dosierarbeiten sowie bei
Probenahmen sind nach Möglichkeit geschlossene bzw.
zumindest spritzsichere Vorrichtungen zu verwenden. Beim
Umgang in offenen Systemen sollten mögliche Dämpfe
unmittelbar am Entstehungsort abgesaugt werden.
Die abgesaugte Luft sollte nur nach ausreichender Reinigung
mit geprüften Geräten in den Arbeitsbereich zurückgeführt
werden.
Für den Fall, dass technische Absaug- und Lüftungsmaßnahmen
nicht möglich oder unzureichend sind, sollte Atemschutz
(Vollschutzmaske 3S nach EN 136 mit Kombinationsfilter ABEK
Hg-P3 nach CE 148) getragen werden. Auch wenn nur ein
kurzfristiger Hautkontakt möglich ist, sind geprüfte
Schutzhandschuhe (PVC nach EN 374, 388, 420) und geeignete
Schutzkleidung (Schutzhelm nach EN 397, Sicherheitsstiefel
S2 nach EN 345) zu tragen. Ein sicherer Augenschutz
(Schutzbrille nach EN 166) ist unbedingt erforderlich.
In unmittelbarer Nähe des Arbeitsbereiches sollten
ausreichende Waschgelegenheiten zur Verfügung stehen sowie
Augenbrausen bereitgestellt und ihr Standort auffällig
gekennzeichnet werden. Nach Hautkontakt sollten die
betroffenen Körperstellen sofort gründlich mit Wasser
gereinigt werden. Kontaminierte Kleidung ist sofort zu
wechseln.
Besondere Hautschutz- und Hautpflegemaßnahmen werden
empfohlen. Es ist ein Hautschutzplan aufzustellen.
Die Straßenkleidung sollte getrennt von der Arbeitskleidung
aufbewahrt werden. Es sollten Maßnahmen gegen
elektrostatische Aufladungen getroffen werden.

All working procedures have to be organized in a way that
skin- and eye contact with the substance is not possible.
Inhalation of the substance should be avoided.
During filling-, transfer and metering procedures as well
as during samplings closed or splash-proofed equipment
should be used. During the handling in open systems possible
vapours should be extracted directly at the point of
origin. If technical extraction- and ventilation measures
are not possible or insufficient, respiratory protection
(e.g. full protective mask 3S following EN 136 with
combination filter ABEK Hg-P3 following CE 148) should be
worn. Even if only a short-term skin contact is possible,
proofed protective gloves (PVC following EN 374, 388, 420)
and suitable protective clothing (helmet following EN 397
and boots S2 following EN 345) have to be worn.
A safe eye protection is absolutely necessary. In the
immediate vicinity of the workplace sufficient possibilities
for washing and should be provided as well as eye-wash
stations should be provided and their position labelled
conspicuously. After skin contact the effected parts should
be immediately cleaned with water. Contaminated clothing
should be changed immediately. Special skin protective and
skin care protection are recommended. A program for skin
protection should be designed.
Storage: In geschlossenen, vorschriftsmäßig gekennzeichneten
Behältern bei RT in für Chemikalien vorgesehenen Räumen
lagern.
Bruchsichere Behälter, die gegen Herabfallen gesichert sind,
werden empfohlen.
Lagerräume sind nach den Grundsätzen einer guten
Betriebshygiene zu unterhalten. Alle angebrochenen Gebinde
sind nach Gebrauch wieder dicht zu verschließen.
Produktreste auf den Gebinden sind zu vermeiden.

against falling. The storerooms have to be kept according
to the principles of good industrial hygiene. Keep all

guaranteed, if the measures which are usual for a transport
of equal products (use of unbreakable containers and ensure
against falling) are observed. With regard to the leak
tightness and resistance (strength) the producer has to
package the product using packing materials which are

The packaging material ensures that the transport takes
place under usual conditions without danger of a break for
the containers.
