Please be aware that this old REACH registration data factsheet is no longer maintained; it remains frozen as of 19th May 2023.

The new ECHA CHEM database has been released by ECHA, and it now contains all REACH registration data. There are more details on the transition of ECHA's published data to ECHA CHEM here.

Key value for chemical safety assessment

Additional information

Due to the substances properties (low volatility, low adsoprtion potential, well soluble in water) the substance will mainly distribute into the compartment water. Furthermore direct exposure of the terrestrial compartment is negligible. Finally, the substance was shown to biodegrade after a prolonged test period and is therefore not supposed to persist in the environment. Hence, testing of biodegradation in soil is not deemed necessary and no test on biodegradation in soil is performed.
