Applicant's summary and conclusion

Validity criteria fulfilled:
yes
Conclusions:
The effect of the test item on < 24h old Daphnia magna neonates by observing the immobilisation of test organisms, over a 48h exposure period, under controlled conditions to 0 and 100 mg/L (WAF nominal concentrations) of the test item.
Results : 0% immobilisation observed in all of the replicates of the control and 100 mg test item/L nominal concentration.
EC50 (nominal) > 100 mg/L (48h)
LOEC (nominal) > 100 mg/L (48h)
NOEC (nomial) = 100 mg/L (48h)
Not harmful to Daphnia Magna
