An aqueous solution of the test item Ukanol FR 70 was prepared for the test. The concentration of this solution was determined using HPLC analysis with 56.59 mg/L.

The surface tension of the solution was determined as 62.26 mN/m at 20.2 °C. This value was measured at equilibrium after approx. two hours. The measured values in equilibrium were higher than 60 mN/m, therefore, the test item Ukanol FR was classified as not surface active.
