Description of key information
The range of partition coefficients (log Pow) at neutral pH and 25 °C for the major fractions within IOA is 4.5-4.7 using an HPLC method according to OECD TG117.

The partition coefficient (log Pow) of IOA was assessed using an HPLC method at 25 °C and neutral pH. The nine reported peaks had log Pow values ranging from 4.0 to 5.0. The major peaks (those contributing ≥ 5% of total peak area) comprised 92.7% of total peak area. The range of partition coefficients for the major fractions within the IOA is 4.5-4.7.
