Please be aware that this old REACH registration data factsheet is no longer maintained; it remains frozen as of 19th May 2023.

The new ECHA CHEM database has been released by ECHA, and it now contains all REACH registration data. There are more details on the transition of ECHA's published data to ECHA CHEM here.

A representative weight loss curve of the test item is shown in the attached figure (WeightLoss_VP). At the beginning of the test (i.e. the first 10 min) the test-item suspension in hexane was dried at 30°C. The observed weight increase after 10 min was considered an artefact most probably caused by the pressure change in the measurement chamber when quickly heating from 30 to 100°C.

The equation of the curve was: log PT= -8419´1/T + 22.01 (r = 0.995, n = 8). The regression coefficient was > 0.99 which underlined that the measurement artefact after 10 min did not affect the determination of the vapor pressure of the test item.

Conclusions:
The isothermal TGA effusion method was applied for the determination of the vapour pressure of CH02906.
The vapour pressure of the test item at 20°C (293K) and 25°C (298K) was 2.0 * 10-7 Pa and 5.9 * 10^7 Pa, respectively.
