Please be aware that this old REACH registration data factsheet is no longer maintained; it remains frozen as of 19th May 2023.

The new ECHA CHEM database has been released by ECHA, and it now contains all REACH registration data. There are more details on the transition of ECHA's published data to ECHA CHEM here.

Description of key information

The structural analogue substance was found to be not inherently biodegradable in an OECD 302B test. Furthermore, the substance showed strong adsorbing properties to activated sludge. Disperse dyes are not considered to be readily biodegradable. Based on the WoE approach referring to the structural analogue substance and the nature of disperse dyes which are not designed to be readily biodegradable, it can be concluded that the target substance is not biodegradable either.

Key value for chemical safety assessment
