Description of key information

DCHA is absorbed following oral, derman and inhalation exposures. It is excreted via urine. No data on metabolites is available. 

Key value for chemical safety assessment

Additional information

There are no studies according to the actual guideline for investigations on toxicokinetics, metabolism and distribution of Dicyclohexylamine but the available studies provide sufficient information to evaluate this endpoint. According to the available information from animal studies, DCHA is readily absorbed after oral application and following inhalation and dermal application and is excreted via urine.
