Executive summary:

The surface tension of a solution of the test material was determined in accordance with the standardised guidelines OECD 115 and EU Method A.5 under GLP conditions using the OECD harmonised ring method.

Under the conditions of the study, the surface tension of a test solution at a concentration of 1 g/L at 20 °C was 64.1 mN/m. Accordingly, the test material is considered not to be surface active.
