1,2-Propylene glycol diacetate (PGDA) has no oxidising properties. Hence, classification for oxidising properties is not required.

In accordance with REACH Annex VII thestudydoes not need to be conducted if the substance is incapable of reacting exothermically with combustible materials.1,2-Propylene glycol diacetate (PGDA)is an organic ester and an aprotic and chemically inert solvent. With the absence of structural alerts such as oxygen or halogen atoms and these elements not chemically bonded to nitrogen or oxygen, PGDA has no oxidising properties and classification for oxidising properties is not required.
