Qualifier:
no guideline followed
Principles of method if other than guideline:
As part of the activities of the Working Group Assessment of hazardous substances of the Advisory Council of the Federal Ministry of the Interior Storage and transport of hazardous substances, 200 selected chemical compounds were tested in parallel for acute fish toxicity at the Institute for Water Soil and Air Hygiene of the Federal Health Office in Berlin (WaBoLu, Berlin) and in the State Institute for Water and Waste NW (LWA NW). The basis for the investigations was the static fish test with Golden Orfe (Leuciscus idus melanotis) according to method published by Mann.
