Please be aware that this old REACH registration data factsheet is no longer maintained; it remains frozen as of 19th May 2023.

The new ECHA CHEM database has been released by ECHA, and it now contains all REACH registration data. There are more details on the transition of ECHA's published data to ECHA CHEM here.

Description of key information

Ready biodegradability of the test substance according to OECD guideline No. 301F

Key value for chemical safety assessment

Biodegradation in water:
readily biodegradable

Additional information

The Ready Biodegradability of the test substance was determined by the Manometric Respirometry Test according to OECD Guidelines for Testing of Chemicals, Method No. 301F. The test substance undergoes 82 % biodegradation after 28 days in the test conditions. Biodegradation starts on day 3 and reaches 72 % at the end of the 10 -day window (days 3 - 13). Therefore the test substance should be regarded as readily biodegradable according to the test. At the concentration used in the test (100 mg/L), the test substance is not inhibitory to microorganisms.
