According to ECHA guidance on information requirements and chemical safety assessment Chapter R.7a: Endpoint specific guidance, the primary value for ease of ignition in liquids is the flash point. Hence investigation of flammability is not required for this substance.

The flash point of the test substance is 52.0 °C. The substance is therefore a flammable liquid.
