The buring rates of mixtures of test item/cellulose in the ratios 1:1 and 4:1 were compared to the burning rate of a reference mixture (calcium peroxide: cellulose (1:2)).

None of the burning rate values of the test item mixtures was equal or exceeded the obtained value for the reference mixture measurement. Therefore, the test item does not have oxidizing properties.
