Applicant's summary and conclusion

Validity criteria fulfilled:
yes
Conclusions:
A prolonged 14-day toxicity test with 3-chloropropene in Poecilia reticulata resulted in a LC50 value of 1.2 mg/.
Executive summary:

The prolonged toxicity of 3-chloropropene to Poecilia reticulata was tested in a 14-day semi-static toxicity study following principles equivalent to those laid down in OECD Guideline No 204 with restrictions. The test solutions were renewed every 24 hours. No analytical determination of concentrations was performed. The LC50 value found in the study was 1.2 mg/L.
