Additional information

According to Regulation (EC) 1907/2006, Annex IX, Section 9.2.1.2, column 2, and Section 9.2.1.4, column 2, a simulation study on ultimate degradation in surface water and sediment does not need to be conducted if the substance is readily biodegradable. A study on the read-across substance 3-Diethylaminopropylamine (CAS 104-78-9) demonstrate that the substance is readily biodegradable (OECD 301A; BASF SE, 2005; see IUCLID Ch. 5.2.1). Therefore, no biodegradation studies in surface water and sediment will be provided.
