Conclusion on classification

The calculated 96-hour LC50 is 5424 mg/L in fish, 48-hour LC50 is 10617 mg/L in daphnia, and 72-hour EC50 is >36600 mg/L in algae, and the test substance is readily biodegradable. Additionally, no effects on survival were observed at doses up to 1600 mg/kg diet and up to 8000 mg/kg diet in repeated dose studies in fish and grass shrimp, respectively. Therefore, no classification is required for acute or chronic aquatic toxicity according to EU Classification, Labelling and Packaging of Substances and Mixtures (CLP) Regulation (EC) No. 1272/2008.
