Expert statement:  technically not feasible to determine the particle size

It is technically not feasible to determine the particle size due to the hygroscopic nature of the compound. .The test substance cannot be analysed by laser diffraction due to the moisture in the test substance. Moisture droplets formed in a dispersing solvent, interfere with measurement of particle size of the crystals. Sieving is not an alternative since the test substance sticks to the sieves.
