First-aid measures
After inhalation: Supply fresh air. Call for doctor. Use a respiratory bag or breathing device. In case of unconsciousness place patient stably in side position for transportation.
After skin contact: Immediately wash with water and soap and rinse thoroughly. Immediate medical treatment necessary. Failure to treat burns can prevent wounds from healing.
After eye contact: Rinse cautiosly with water for several minutes. Remove contact lenses, if present and easy to do. Continue rinsing. Protect unharmed eye. Call a doctor immediately.
After swallowing: If swallowed, rinse mouth with water (only if the person is conscious). Drink plently of water and provide fresh air. Induce vomiting only, if affected person is fully conscious. Call for medical help immediately.
Fire-fighting measures
For safety reasons unsuitable extinguishing agents: Water with full jet
Special hazards arising from the substance or mixture: During heating or in case of fire poisonous gases are produced.
Protective equipment: Wear fully protective equipment. Wear self-contained respiratory protective device.Do not inhale explosion gases or combustion gases.
Additional information: Dispose of fire debris and contaminated fire fighting water in accordance with official regulations. Collect contaminated dire fighting water separately. It must not enter the sewage system.
Accidental release measures
Environmental precaution: Prevent from spreading. Do not allow to penetrate the ground/soil. Do not allow to enter sewers/ surface or ground water.
Methods and materials for containment and cleaning up: Absorb with liquid-binding material. Pick up mechanically. Send for recovery or disposal in suitable receptacles. Dispose of the material collected according to regulations. Ensure adequate ventilation.
Handling and storage
Precautions for safe handling: Wear protective clothing. Avoid contact with the eyes and skin. Use respiratory protective device against the effects of fumes/dust/aerosol. Keep receptacles tightly sealed. Ensure good ventialtion/exhaustion at the workplace. Avoid splashes or spray in enclosed areas.
· Storage:
Requirements to be met by storerooms and receptacles: Provide alkali-resistant floor. Prevent any seepage into the ground. Store only in the original receptacle.Keep container tighly sealed. Store receptacle in a well ventilated area.
Information about storage in one common storage facility: Do not store together with acids.
Further information about storage conditions: Store under lock and key and with access restricted to technical experts or their assistants only. Protect from heat and direct sunlight. Store in a cool place. Store in dry conditions.

Exposure controls / personal protection
· Personal protective equipment:
General protective and hygienic measures: Do not eat, drink, smoke or sniff while working. Avoid contact with the eyes and skin. Do not inhale dust/ smoke/ mist. Wash hands before breaks and at the end of work. As a general protective measure, the use skin protection cream for skin protection is recommended.
Respiratory protection: Recommended filter device for short term use during special procedures - Filter P3. Filter FFP3.
Protection of hands: As a general protective measure, the use of protective gloves is recommended. Material of gloves: Butyl rubber, BR
Eye protection: As a general preventive measure, the use of safety glasses is recommended
Body protection: Protective work clothing
Stability and reactivity
Dangerous decomposition products: No dangerous decomposition products known.
Disposal considerations
Recommendation: This material and its container must be disposed of as hazardous waste.
Waste disposal key: 51541 (ÖNORM S 2100)
European waste catalogue: 06 03 13
· Uncleaned packaging:
Recommendation: Non contaminated packagings may be recycled. Packagings that may not be cleansed are to be disposed of in the same manner as the product. Disposal must be made according to official regulations.
