In a supporting study for this endpoint (Hund-Rinke & Simon 2005), a soil ecotoxicity reproduction test with earthworms Eisenia fetida was conducted according to ISO 11268-2.
In a soil ecotoxicity reproduction test with earthworms Eisenia fetida according to ISO 11268-2, the EC50 values for Sandy, Silty & Loamy soils are 1.3, 3.0 (2.7–3.3) and 2.7 (1.6–4.8) mg/kg respectively.
