R4BP - Registar za biocidne proizvode
R4BP 3 središnje je mjesto kroz koji se podnose svi zahtjevi u vezi s biocidima. Nudi funkcije koje omogućavaju usklađenost industrije i nadležnih tijela sa zakonskim propisima te za razmjenu informacija.
Dostavljanje zahtjeva u vezi s biocidima na temelju Uredbe o biocidnim proizvodima (BPR, Uredba (EU- br. 528/2012) započelo je 1. rujna 2013.
IUCLID 5 koristi se za priupljanje, organizaciju i pohranu podataka o aktivnim tvarima i biocidnim proizvodima. Za podnošenje zahtjeva morate kreirati IUCLID 5 dosje i dostaviti ga ECHA-i i nadležnim tijelima putem sustava R4BP 3. IUCLID 5 možete preuzeti na internetskoj stranici IUCLID-a.
- If you are an authorisation holder or you have an application ongoing in R4BP 2, make sure you have tagged your Legal Entity in the system by 20 November 2014. If you do not tag your Legal Entity to your applications and authorisations in R4BP 2 you will not be able to access your assets or proceed with your applications in R4BP 3.2. Please refer to the ‘Q&A on Migration' for further instruction on how to tag your Legal Entity, or contact the ECHA Helpdesk.
- If you already have a REACH-IT/R4BP 3 account, you will be requested to reset your password the first time you login to R4BP 3.
- If you do not have a REACH-IT account, you will be able to sign up in the R4BP 3 portal by following the steps in the system. Further information and instructions will be also available in December.
